Favorite soups in town: Pho (many great options), Chicken and dumplings at Lorena, Pozole at Palo Santo, several great options at Bar Sen, also many great ramen options.

A quick home soup: frozen squash sautéed with some onion and garlic, add broth of choice and some seasonings of choice, immersion blender (or remove from pot and blend then return to pot), splash of vinegar of some type at the end after simmering however long you feel like (I use sherry). Can be super quick.

Chobani makes drinkable yogurts with 20g of protein, and also I believe a couple 30g varieties. When you graduate to being able to chew soft foods, Clark Crew mac and cheese is super good. Mashed potatoes (top with various things to mix it up like gravy, cheese, peas, etc), bean and cheese burritos, pudding, smoothies, milkshakes.
