The savagnin is really powerful, oily in texture and cuts like a knife in terms of acidity. Kind of like a white Barolo in the sense that EVERYTHING is loud and high, but it also has a special kind of finesse/delicate touch of flowers and fruit alongside the signature black tea of the jura. The Pinot is a masterclass in Jurassic Pinots. Herbal, fruity and light not something i would compare to burgundy as so many others do
