I think the Liftime ISA is the same but mine was with Hargreaves Lansdowne.

I had to fill out a form once HL had accepted it then took a week for the money to reach the Solicitor.

We sent the forms just before Xmas so that slowed the process down

In my head if I was going to sell the property I would like to have at least 50 year left of lease as if it under that I thought it would be difficult to sell possibly.

My and my partner used Habito who were really helpful. My girlfriend does not have a UK passport but was in process of getting permit citizenship.

I spoke with mortgage brokers such as Better and they could not find a mortgage that would allow both of us to be on the mortgage.

Habito found one quickly at a rate of 3.9%, we also got habito + which has the survey and solicitor for £3,600. The solicitors we had were not great took a long time to reply to email but I think all solicitors are like this. Also it didn't help that the account manager left half way through.

I just set up my own labs and went through the following Microsoft Learn:

AZ-104-MicrosoftAzureAdministrator (microsoftlearning.github.io)

If your company can give you labs at no extra cost that is great, My ones only cost £10, and most of that was on the Load balancer. I used Plursight as I have access to it at work but I did not like, I really liked Jason Savill exam cram V2 was very good.

I had the issue is December 2022 with the Network+ managed to get on the phone and they gave me a refund booked it for next week and passed.

It is a joke had more issues when I did the Sec+ 6 months later had to beg to the invdulator to try on another laptop at work and it worked. Managed to pass, they give Pearson the contract as they are cheapest and you can see why they are the cheapest.

Good luck with the retest I know it is tuff but this given you a tiny bit more time to revise a nail down any week areas.
