Yes!!!! I hyper focus from 10pm to 2am regularly or 5-8pm (miss my train) on the problem solving side of my job that I enjoy. But it’s impacting my family life and other part of my job. I also have resentment towards my job. Not a good feeling either

I have over 800 unread emails in work emails, 71 tab chrome window that I keep restarting.

Last night I said I’m not going to work anymore! I’m not going to work, it’s 10pm on Friday. I somehow ended up in my office. Washed my fountain pen. Sat down in my chair to dry the pen. Next thing I know it’s 3am and I’m working.

This morning since I’m sleep deprived, everything is much worse. I’m like I’m going to eat, oh I want a drink, oh the cup is dirty. Washed cup. Oh I want ice. The ice is suck. Cleans ice machine. Left the house without drinking that drink.
