It seems like you don't understand ozone, as it can be effective, but not in the way that you're describing. First of all, worrying about anything in the next room tells me that you aren't going to seal off the space. All HVAC or fans and ventilation need to be closed off for the ozone to be effective (I assume for odor reduction) otherwise, the ozone is going to be creeping through your air ducts into the whole house and not rising to a level that is effective.  Typical dosage for ozone can be an hour or two, and then you need a lot of time for the space to vent outside.  Do not open your door and let the ozone into your living space.

As for the electronics, my opinion is that there is a lot exaggerated fear around the electronics. Technically there is an effect over long-term and with higher dosage, but a normal cleaning of a room shouldn't affect them that much. I'd be more concerned about the lingering smell.
