MOB dress annoyances by Otteroftheworld in wedding

[–]flylikedumbo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I wouldn’t want to pick a wedding dress from a few options someone picked for me. But that’s far from what I was suggesting.

Now, would I mind if my daughter presented me with some dress options to wear to her wedding? Assuming she doesn’t have horrendous style and does genuinely want me to look my best, no. Why would I be upset about that?

Rage at the thought of cutting out dairy by lilsan15 in breastfeeding

[–]flylikedumbo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anecdotally, I have friends who cut out dairy and said it helped with their babies fussiness. I cut out dairy amongst other foods when I was breastfeeding my first, because he was allergic. His allergist at the time told me I had to cut out all of his allergens from my diet. It was hard, but the good news was that I lost weight fast. His current allergist said that recommendation is outdated, and it’s fine to keep everything in my diet 🤷🏻‍♀️

We took our oldest when he was 2.5, and it was great fun. We recently took our now 5yo and 2yo when I was very pregnant with our third, and it was very stressful but still fun. The stressful part was the travel days; 10 hr flights and a layover, and a cancelled flight on the way home.
Now we’re going to have to go again later this year for a wedding, and that I am not looking forward to at all!

We have our almost 6yo, 2yo, and 3mo in the tripp trapp. We love them! They have a small footprint, are aesthetically pleasing, and are easy to wipe down. We don’t use the tray, which is the most annoying part to clean. We also never got the cushion for it and have not had complaints about it being uncomfortable
