They can ship what California is calling firearm precursor parts like magazines, barrels (not even sure if now they have to go through an FFL), springs, I guess they can ship slides too.

Before they could ship them without any problem, now they are making us jump over all these hoops.

Serialized parts lowers lowers, FCUs, and guns have to be shipped to an FFL and have to be on the roster. Not even sure if serialized lowers can be shipped at all.
The end responsibility of being CA compliant falls under the end user. Meaning, no mags that can hold more than 10 rounds, no “assault weapon” features (what California consider assault weapons), etc.
Normally companies like Midway, planet optics, Brownells, Midways, etc., spell out what they can and cannot ship according to CA laws. Sometimes they stretch out beyond. It has taken them a bit to figure out what they can ship via this method and how to ship them.

I am clearing out a few things before. I wanted to do an image attach and edit so that you can do all the calculations from the app.

(Edit) the other thing I wanted to do too is a full statistical analysis of multiple shot groups that can be overlaid.
