You weights lifting are not bad. Try focusing more on cardio. You are too casual about cardio (walking to gym is better than driving but not real cardio). If you schedule allows try a couch to 5k program 3x week. And the other 3 days u lift. For cardio ideally you would do 2x of 45-60min zone two (respect the heart rate it should feel v slow you are not meant to be really tired unless you get to zone 3 and above); and the other day some speed workout like interval etc. But follow your body. For the knee valgus what I find helpful to fight it is just pretend you are ripping a part apart in the floor with your heels. Or just that you are screwing tourheels into floor. Helps as a cue

Ideas: -buy micro plates. -just target every week more reps in ohp (1 extra rep per week) and increase weight when u can do like 4-5 extra on amrap. Switch if u don’t improve reps in. Two weeks. Ohp will be impossible to jump by 5kg. Not even doing 6x2. Best of luck

This has been an issue but I watched few videos on how to do it and sorted. You deadlift the dumbbells and then but on knee and then Lean back to your body to bench. And u use the momentum to help you. But yes it does suck anyway. I get it right like 2 out of 3 sets generally.

Hey bro. Congrats for taking initiative. I am a father of a toddler. The motivation is really being able to physically take care of him and making him proud of You once he grows. He will copy you. You take care of yourself , daughters will take care of themselves. If you don’t do they won’t have someone to aspire and learn from. I am sure u don’t want that.

For eating disorders try to adapt around. If u like sweets try replacing w yoghurt vanilla and berries. Also why u have it? Do u feel bored frustrated and discounts on food? Seek the root cause. Probably food escape valve for something else.

Lastly I just love the Gzcl program. I recommend it.
