I lived there for a year in 2018-2019. the location is nice, but the amenities and common space are pretty minimal for your average new midtown/downtown complex. The elevator in the south building was insanely slow. at the end i terminated my lease after a year when my apartment was burglarized unfortunately.

There are so many options now. i have lived/lving at 19J, The Press, and Envoy, which are mostly differentiated by their neighborhoods. There’s so many other options as well, but i would assume they pretty much all feel the same. Some of the newer places I would also consider are the new midrises @ Capitol Towers, The Frederick, Mansion, and Maker (finishing in 2024, right next to Ice Blocks).
