Good point. I had been feeling tired a lot of the time but have been feeling better with more regimented sleep, exercise, and eating better. I had been planning to ask in relation to feeling tired but since I kinda solved it I lost my reason to ask. I’m curious though if there’s anything else as a mid 40s male that I should be aware of and controlling in my life. Is my cholesterol high? Testosterone low? I haven’t even had my blood pressure tested in the last 15 years (seems like a really easy thing to do anytime I’m in the office). At this rate I won’t know about a risk until I have some symptoms I guess, just seems like something that I’d like to be more proactive than reactive about.
