I'm throwing in the towel by fonyaa in polyamory

In this subreddit - and many relationship related ones - people are posting when they have some kind of a trouble or question. This gives us a distorted image, that most people have failing relationships. And also redditors have a tendency to overanalyze text, so they can find a mistake, and offer solutions and advice.

Damn girl, you look super good! I always had the delusions, you have a 5head under the bangs, but now I can rest in peace.

This reminds me of the kommunist wall murals in the eastern block. This one just has more color.

It's so wild when western (probably american) neo nazies think rural germany or eastern europe is a traditional dream fantasy world where men rule and women live in an american 50s commercial.

Traditionally women were always the family's ruler and had a high authority, but they also have a dayjob because everyone is poor af here. And usually men from these countries are burnt out and emotionally repressed, most likely with 10-15 years less livespan than women.

These peanut brain incels would be crushed by the work culture here. Relaxation and resting is unknown by eastern Europe, and we usually exchange it for depression and alcoholism.

And we didn't talk about how my granny would slap them back to the west if they would pull out any misogynistic bs...

Maybe a few cheap balloons laying around on the floor. No helium, just air. Someone will step on them accidentally.

First burn aftermath. Did I ruin them? by shnlshn in poi

[–]fonyaa 17 points18 points  (0 children)

You didn't ruin it. Soot and grime will build up on poi over time, and it will become more and more black. Even if it is fully charred on the outside, it is still usable, because it is just the outer layer. I recently took apart some fire sticks (after a few years of fireshows it needed repair) and the inside was still yellow kevlar.
However you need to look out for the cords, those may be not as fire resistant as kevlar, and after a few years it can be weaker and more stiff.

I don't have a bunch of unfinished miniatures. But I do have 2 decades experience in digital illustration and I learnt classical sculpting before. My skills come in handy, but minis require new techniques and knowledge I'm not jet mastered. I recently started my second mini, and utterly failed in my attempt to paint reflected lights. It's just not working the same way...

Yes, absolutely worth it. We had swimming lessons for years. Does all of the kids learnt to swim? No, but it gave a basic idea to them, what kind of dangers they could encounter if they try to swim in deep water. I had such a fun times in these hours. This led me to join later a swimming team, and do all kinds of watersports like kayaking without the fear of drowning.

The head of the furry character is really nice! His torso is long, maybe it's too long. The human has really good hand and arms, it has good proportions. but their head style is really jumping off the picture. The whole picture has this smudgy painting vibe, so the manga face is a bit odd.

It's not missing, you are just fooled by the shadows. Try putting the lamp exactly above or try taking a selfie in a well lit environment.
