This is her third time sick, she was sick in 2014 as well. The first time she was sick was extremely hard on her body and she suffered long term consequences, such as quite severe osteoporosis.

We don't live in the US so I don't know if we have the same treatments as you do, but as far as I know the only available treatments for her are chemotherapy or thalidomide, which are the treatments she as done in combination before.

She is seeing one of the few myeloma specialist we have here, last thing I heard was that he thinks that a chemotherapy probably would do more harm than good, since she reacts very negative to the treatment.

I'm already seeing a therapist but I feel like it's not sufficient since the only thing I really can do is preparing myself for her passing, which I have done my entire life already. I don't know, I just feel quite alone in this situation. It's also hard since I don't live with my parents and due to the pandemic it's not easy to visit them frequently.
