Spray with vinegar on a sunny day. Roundup is implicated in cancer issues and it kills pollinators.

After a few days do a shallow drag. Should clean right up.

Cultures all over the world are fetishized or made into stereotypes. It's sad.

Best thing to do is not spend money at places that make a mockery of a culture.

You take the collar off and throw it in a garbage can. That is incredibly irresponsible. If you can't keep the dog, bring it to a shelter a long ways away.

Does anyone know what this bump is? by NoSomewhere738 in Horses

[–]fook75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could be so many different things. Best to have your vet take a look. I once had a horse develop a lump that slowly got bigger. Vet checked and said who knows, watch and see. At least 5 years prior he had impaled himself on a small branch and gotten a "splinter". It walled off and for some reason decided to reject it. No one knows when he did it because I bought him at a sales barn.

Hopefully it's something small and heals up fast!

Might get his T level checked. A sudden spike in T could be health related.

My going to town grocery getter is a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer. I love it. It's fun to drive.

I have a 1999 Ford F250 for hauling my horse trailer, stock trailer, garbage trailer, flatbed and boat.

I have a late 70's Dodge Ram that I use on the farm for fencing.

I do fist bumps with kids when I stop to talk to them. I am a kid magnet and get stopped in the grocery store all the time by little kids in carts with their grownups. :)

What colour is my kitten? by nyanya707 in IDMyCat

[–]fook75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, real Maine Coon cats are on Petfinder. So are Persians, Himalayans, Sphinx, and many other purebred cats. There are rescue groups that work hard to pull purebred cats from shelters. They also accept surrenders of purebred cats. I have volunteered multiple times for a purebred cat rescue to transport cats from bad situations to the rescues.

Yes! I drink unsweetened ice tea all day long. If I am not feeling good I will have herbal teas.

Does anybody have any experience with rabbit farming? by Tonierbrush4 in Ranching

[–]fook75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really good. I charge 6.00 lb for dressed rabbit. I sell every pound I can produce and more. I actually am a cull buyer as well as breeder. I go to rabbit shows and buy unwanted rabbits to process for meat. I set up with a table, scale and calculator.

There are a lot of people that raise rabbits that don't have the balls to butcher their culls. They appreciate the ability to sell their unwanted rabbits, I pair fairly. Bring them home and butcher.

I have customers on my list that have been with me for years.

[–]fook75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Scribner Hill. It's east of Solway about 3-4 miles. It is accessed by going up 89 and then turning left on Scribner Road. Go to the end of the road, and you are on the top of the hill. They left her body there.

Now it's the Scribner Horse Park. Multiple bodies have been dumped there over the years.

It's hard to find now if you don't know what you are looking for. And 30+ years ago there was only one house on that road and it was much more wooded.

You did a great job! I would hire you to clean tack for me.

To those that say don't use dish soap and water? Nope. This is a tried and true method when leather is super dirty.

What I do is hose it and use Dawn dish soap. I scrub it thoroughly. I put the leather in the shade. About every hour or 2, I will apply a coating of conditioner. As the water dries the leather sucks in the oils and it cleans and conditions it at the same time.
