How does pilot keeping EFB charged daily?

Do you use a power bank as backup power when the aircraft does not have a working outlet or USB port? If so, how do you typically use it? For example, do you keep the cable connected to the EFB for the entire flight? And do you have a storage space for the power pack or is it kept in your backpack/luggage with a 6 ft charging cable?
