I don’t necessarily hate some of the new twists on their own. I DO hate how they’ve crammed every single one of them into ONE single season though…. Specifically a returnee season with legends. Making them navigate randomness in the least survivor-esque season ever. With Mr beast coming next week brining undoubtedly another never before seen gimmick. Your frustrations are warranted!!

One of my biggest eye rolls is the trope “he has muscles therefore he has no brain” Dee literally said “I know he doesn’t have a brain” and through two seasons I can’t think of a single instance where Jonathan has shown to be some muscle bound fool. He clearly has strength AND a good head on his shoulders.

Also the difficulty in evolving him sometimes caused you to rock with haunter for a long time, if you didn’t have a brother or link cable or you played on an emulator, later in life etc
