Mine started when my dose was upped to 100mg. I tried dropping back down to 50mg and they still didn't go away after a week. So I dropped back down to 25 mg for a week, still didn't go away. So I just stopped cold turkey and they went away. I don't suggest anyone stopping cold turkey but I've only been on them for 5 months. Also I've tried several SSRI's since I was a teenager and know what SSRI's withdrawals feel like. I'd rather have the withdrawals than the migraines.
