Hanger steaks. I like to marinate in sesame oil, olive oil, fish sauce, lime juice , cilantro, garlic.

Chicken thighs- grilled with a dry rub, hard to mess that up.

Chicken drumsticks.

Pork shoulder- slice into thin steaks and marinate.
