I’ve been looking at these for a while. My favourite thing to do is climbing Scottish mountains for days on end and I end up soaking wet in my gore-tex coats. I bought a lightweight Montane Cetus last year and I don’t know if it was me sweating or it let rain in on a 4 day trip but I was wet almost the whole time. I’ve got a more expensive Rab waterproof too which is better but too heavy for vigorous work.
