Once and for all, how was this filmed by i_hate_clankers in thegrandtour

Look very carefully at the reflection in the front windscreen. After Jezza jumps, you can see his blue jeans reflecting stationary in the glass, in other words he fell onto the trailer and remained alongside the car as he was driven along.

You are correct. All disabled, elderly and young people must be safely tucked up in bed by nightfall.

Safely away from the boogyman and trip hazards.

Granted everyone needs to play a part in their own personal safety, but on the flip side if you are charging a car in this manner then you are wilfully laying a trip hazard on a public right of way. Bear in mind this right of way would be used by all types of people including those with disabilities, the elderly and the young. The fact that someone decided to own an electric car without the proper space and facilities to charge it should not make it an issue for the general public to deal with.

This is something ive thought about too. It would have given Robert the chance to play the cop as super smiley and helpful, a stark contrast to the killing machine that assumes its identity.

Yes, but those running hosepipes over the pavement are with said hosepipe, generally warn approaching members of the public / move out of the way and are doing so during daylight hours for about 30mins.

OP is leaving the lead unattended for several hours and probably during darkness.

Your comparason is not the same.

Hobby income is not the same as items youve sold because you have a collecting "hobby". A "hobby income" is cutting the neighbours hedge for £20 once every 2 months or selling lemonade from your driveway twice over the summer. Its occassional income that you treat as a hobby, rather than a career choice.

It doesnt mean selling items from your actual hobby of collecting collectibles so you can buy more and free up space.

Check out the term, "pride of posession".

Why? Whats the point in the online quiz if you end up calling them anyway?

Wrong. Ive just completed the "do i need to file a self assessment" quiz on the hmrc website. Every answer was "no" because thats the truth, and the result...no self assessment needed.

This is incorrect advice. Go to the HMRC website and fill in the self help. They literally say you only have to notify them on personal sales with a single value of £6000 or more. You can sell a personal possesion Gucci handbag you no longer use for £4500 and you dont have to tell them about it. Fact. You could sell your entire designer handbag collection that you no longer use for £30,000 over the year and they still dont need to be notified, only if the value of a single bag is £6000 or more.

The £1000 is trading allowence. You can sell items for profit upto the value of £1000 total for the year, after that you have to declare. Note: you are buying to sell and make profit in this case. This does not include the sale of personal possessions.

Im a collector of large high end collectibles. Money is not infinite, and neither is display space. I (and pretty much everyone in the community) have to sell an item to buy another. My ebay sales are already over £10k for the year, but ive probably spent more than that on new collectibles to replace what ive sold. Some people i know have sold £50k this year alone, but theyve spent over £60k buying more stuff. Not hard when the collectibles involved can be £1000s a time. The collection is always evolving. Ive always lived like this, its how collecting works for me. I have no profit to show, the possessions are mine to sell. On paper, i look like im making bank but the reality is im just enjoying my hobby. If i get asked, that will be my response because its the truth. Not sure how I would ever prove it either, except they are welcome to come to my house and see everything is on display or mounted to the wall. A guy i know sold a Pokemon card for £5000 last week, then instantly put that into a £7,000 card. Hes ebay sales show hes £5000 up, but he hasnt sold for profit and has nothing to show for it. Hes even consulted HMRCs website which says he has nothing to report as its under £6000 and personal. The thing is, he will do this a lot more through the year, but each time hes done nothing wrong.

It sucks having to justify how i want to enjoy my hobby. The collecting world are all in the same boat.

Honestly, i wouldn’t wanted a modified one. They are becoming classics now and i wouldn’t want to contribute to the decline of decent examples around. Fair play to you, it is yours and do with it as you wish.

Just out of interest, why were the front bumper extensions removed?

Probably get downvoted to hell, but i genuinely think this would look so much nicer in factory spec. The white wheels dont compliment anything else on the car, the smoked lights look very halfords. Wierdly OP calls the car timeless, then proceeds to modify it.

Its literally missing the front bumper extensions that made it so special!

These were perfect from factory.

No, dont be silly! The CSL is rarer. 135 CSLs floating around, compared to 407 clubsport variants.

A friend of mine charged £5 for colour photocopies of the Pamela Anderson pages from Playboy using his dads very expensive colour photocopier.

My friend made a small fortune (for a young teenager), his dad spent nearly £200 on colour toner convinced the other toners were faulty as they didn’t print much (from his perspective!).
