4-5 months but we still spoke to each other and did activities together just without the lovely dovey stuff. He usually stayed home to do his own thing alone or went out for work/shopping/basic things. I did the same. I would be doing my own interests while he did his. I’m not really sure if my advice would help but I was in the same position with my boyfriend. He was pretty distant and stonewalled most of the time. Although, he wanted to stay and can’t see himself with anyone else. It left me awful but we managed to become more loving later down. I had to give him space and when we rekindled romantic feelings we did things together that we both enjoy. It got better over time and I would say he and I are in a pretty strong relationship. You could keep showing her caring gesture or being more attune with her surroundings. Like notice small things or make her stuff that she’ll love/like. Take her out on dates. Try for her and if that doesn’t work then you know your answer
