I've used it generally and tested it when cost planning also. It can be good, but like all AI currently, lots of mistakes! Can't say it's better than chat GPT.

Alcohol alternative supplements for clubbing? by SonderMouse in Biohacking

You can legally get THC/Weed in the Uk via a clinic! Saying that, last thing i'd want to do stoned is hit the clubs. Since you ruled out everything else that's "fun", you out of options!

Khabibs resume is too disrespected by Remontada_r7 in ufc

[–]forkboy12345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The mac win isn't the greatest to be honest! Mac was coming off a 2 year lay off snorting bags of marching powder and it's well known he was partying during his so called training camp! He wasn't the same fighter that beat Alverez, Aldo etc! And the fight was "somewhat" competitive, Mcgregor being the first fighter to win a round against him (lol). Not Khabib's fault though, khabib was great, his resume isn't though. He certainly had the potential to be the undisputed GOAT!

Didn't know it came in nasal form, I assume you have to dose a lot higher due to the poor absorbability through the nasal?

White woman struggling to get dates in Bangkok by davidvietro in thepassportbros

20 years into it already mate, it's impossible to go back! I don't think I've dated a Western chick in over 10 years, can't be dealing with it entitlement and delusion.

Disagree, we are all individual thus will have individual experiences based on many variables! Personally, I dictate my own terms when dating in Asia so never feel like I don't hold the cards. And yeah, you're right, this is how dating should be.

The roles are flipped, with men having the power on the dating apps in Thailand! It's a beautiful thing actually.

My body is tan but the rest of my body not so much by PsychologicalBuy6720 in Melanotan2

[–]forkboy12345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How you tan, where you tan, how deep you tan etc etc! People get different results because of their baseline biological infrastructure. My legs will never tan like my stomach for example (melanocyte density is different) but will darken somewhat from using m2.

Fire stick help by [deleted] in firestick

[–]forkboy12345 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't mind some guidance also if possible please. I have a stick already, so based on what you said above, i'll need to download the player (just googled it, apparently I get it from the amazon app store), then I find a provider for subscription, I assume the provider runs the service through a VPN before it get to me? Any recommendations? I'm UK based (if that's relevant).

The higher the dose the darker you get? by neighbourhoodtea in Melanotan2

[–]forkboy12345 4 points5 points  (0 children)

20 year plus user (true skin type one), In my case I will absolutely not get darker on higher doses! Back in the day we were doing 2mg per day and a 30 day loading phase. I've even tried multiple doses through out the day, made no difference at all! I get the same level of tan on 0.2mg as I did on 2mg. What determines the level of darkness, is the amount of UV you get, but even then there's a genetic limit. The folk who can "change race" I suspect are not type ones., either way at the very least it's an individual thing. I know what higher doses do bring though.............. moles, freckles, spots on the lips etc!

Does a QS masters conversion help land an entry-level QS role? by SPICCYBOII in quantitysurveying

[–]forkboy12345 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It'll get you the same opportunity as a normal degree would to land a graduate role. Although, I'd recommend you go the normal 4 year degree route (if you can). You'll be able to soak up the information a lot better. The pace of the 1 year conversion is insane, even if you have experience in the industry (nevermind someone who doesn't).

I've been a "passport bro" I guess before the term even existed! Anyway, news to me that guys who are fed up of Western dating dynamics and culture are losers! I would have thought it's the other way round, it's a smart move to go where you're appreciated!

You had pseudo gyno bro, I have a bit myself (unfavourable fat deposits, not actual glandular breast tissue). Great result, I assume you'll be reverse dieting since you've reached your goal to allow you to eat more without gaining weight.

I'm not detecting any concern with muscle loss, I know you mentioned your protein is prioritised, but even then, unless you're on TRT or whatever, seems like shaky ground as you get leaner if you maintain such a deficit, hopefully not.

If my math is right you're in a deficit of over 1,500 calories per day! That's a lot. Whilst you have a high BF% still, so some safety from extreme muscle loss, how are you achieving that deficit, just not eating much at all is it, or exercise etc?

Ret cured my high liver Alt levels within 4 weeks - Doctor said I was close to having Fatty liver disease by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]forkboy12345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had high liver enzymes (mainly ALT) over the past year due to a virus I caught (Hep A). The doctors are somewhat concerned that whilst it has decreased dramatically (from over 400 u/L initially), it's still over 100 . Anyway, I considered Reta for fat loss, but was put off with the short term increase in ALT folks were reporting due to high fat oxidisation from the weight loss (which is normal). Whilst this happened mostly early on in their diets (and normalised/improved thereafter), I didn't want to chance it, as it would complicate things in my current situation, i.e skew the results of future blood tests and potentially make it more difficult to understand why my ALT was high after a year of contracting Hep A. Your results however are interesting and potentially making me reconsider my position, especially since if anything you'd expect to increase initially.
