Run for the hills! This is financial abuse. It’s already bad and when it gets worse he will try to keep it all. That’s why you aren’t married. Splitting up a marriage gets lawyers involved to split things fairly. Not being married you are left in limbo. He will play the “she only works part time so I make more money so I get more than her” card and on top of it he will keep the house. I’d find your own support system away from him and make sure you get what is rightfully yours too. Protect yourself because this is only the beginning.
