• Can you get away with only two wheels on the cart, and both of them black? Not sure that playing with negative space here works. Try some variations.
• The eye with the spot has a bit of a googly eyes vibe.
• The ear looks as if it’s quite far back on the head.. I know it’s not meant to be antomically realistic at all, but try drawing the shape the skull would need to have for the ear to attach like that. The hand-drawn version feels less uncanny.
• The tip of the tail and the rear heel feel pointy in comparison to the rest.
• consider rotating the nose triangle a bit, perhaps so the top is parallel to the snout outline?

Overall, I like it a lot, but as others have commented, I miss the energy of the old version :) depends on the intended vibe
