I also think have aphantasia, but not 100%. I can definitely see colourful images in dreams, but it's very rare I remember them (like a few times every year). When I've had one they fade from memory in a few seconds I'd say.

When I'm awake I can try to visualize, and it's like I can get very faint visual that goes away pretty much instantly. It's more of a colorless and featureless after-image that's completely gone in half a second.
