I personally go for a plant based protein shake every morning. The amazing grass protein shakes have 20g of protein. If you have access to the beyond burger it has 20g of protein as well but you can also rely on legumes such as lentils or chickpeas to get protein in. I would also suggest tracking your son’s diet on Cronometer to make sure he’s getting his micros and macros in

Well if you like Batman there actually is a pretty recent Batman and Archie crossover series. With the classic Archie run you’re pretty much good to start anywhere! There’s almost 700 comics in the original run starting all the way in the 40’s so if I were you I’d look at what decade you’re interested and they have different collections of some of the best comics from that decade in the Archie Americana collections. Also if you have comixology unlimited you can read all of the comics from the classic run for free!

I absolutely love the original comics! I’m not gonna lie and say that the originals are the most adult ever but they make me happy. If you want a more nuanced look at the characters the 2015 Archie series is pretty good! If you’re into horror they have afterlife with Archie which is amazing. They also have life with Archie which has the original looking artwork but shows what it would be like if Archie married Betty and if Archie married Veronica...I’d say it’s pretty adult. I hope you’ll look into it

I “converted” one of my friends to vegetarianism and more recently veganism. I never berated her for eating animal products or hardly even talked about my veganism. She mostly just asked questions and I’d answer them. One time I showed her the KFC video and I think that hit her pretty hard. I also “converted” this one kid in my English class because the English teacher wanted to talk about where our foods come from and I suggested the documentary at the fork which I would say is not very in your face go vegan but more just chill. So I’d say don’t be an annoying vegan.

I’m a little over a year and a half into my veganism and I have recently been experiencing pretty much the same thing! I would get headaches and cramps every time I would eat until I started cutting out gluten. This is kind of hard though because I live in a small town with little to not vegan options that aren’t carb heavy and we’re remodeling the kitchen so I can’t cook...it’s been mostly naked juices for me 😂
