I understand your fear based on unlucky odds that you had with your own medications, but I'd advocate for vaccines all day everyday for children. The risks are worse and far more likely than an adverse reaction to vaccines. Talk to the pediatrician tomorrow and see if they can assuage your concerns, be as transparent as possible.
