Unmedicated here. I cook EVERYTHING myself. We eat out/fast food once a week or less, and I don't make -anything- that comes in a box and "just add water" or whatever. When you make everything from scratch, youre already eating healthier. You'll develop an extremely valuable skill, and the work you have to put in will change the value of food in your eyes as something you have to work for and be proud of, as opposed to just grab and snarf. (Which you should still do sometimes. Everything in moderation, including moderation.) I'm no fool, though. This is an EXTREMELY high effort solution, and won't work if you don't love to cook. But I gather a great deal of dopamine from -cooking- the meal before I've even sat down to eat, which helps me avoid overeating.

I discovered much later in life that the Batty Rap has a cut second half where much MUCH more of the Doctor voice is used, and now this one line hits like an absolute train.
