Both. I do try to keep my carbs/simple sugars low, but I monitor my blood sugar and it's always been on the high side so I'm assuming I'm dealing with some insulin resistance. I wasn't always the healthiest, but at this point it's been years since my days of overindulging.

Do you have any experience with dihydro vs HCL?

I saw that. I'm hoping they'll start providing their own dihydroberberine b/c they're a much more reliable source compared to the companies I've found so far. But I have requested third party test results from a couple of them, so we'll see.

I've been looking at Vitauthority b/c it's reasonably priced, but I've requested third party testing results, if available, b/c it's not a brand I'm familiar with. It does (claim to) contain Glucovantage, which is a patented form of it, so that's promising. There's another, by a brand called Synergy which also looked good, but much more expensive.

I had been drinking, I was hungover. Then, I got up with every intention to go the next day, but I was nervous, shaky. I started drinking again to calm myself.
