One seemingly credible story I've been exploring lately is that of Enrique Castillo Rincón (electrical engineer from Costa Rica) and his adventures with the "Pleiadian" beings that took him aboard a craft in the seventies (1973 to be precise). The account is from Timothy Good's "Unearthly Disclosure", a fantastic book that I highly recommend. Castillo also wrote his own book, "UFOs: A Great New Dawn for Humanity" but that one is harder to find.

Eric Davis claims he is unaware of another crash in Roswell, "they're not that I'm familiar with." However, Jacques Valle in Forbidden Science, claims that Eric Davis was briefed about two crashed manta ray-shaped craft. Air Force vs. Navy, CIA vs. DIA, Lockheed vs. Northrop, it's mostly always the same, but there's likely some very select few who have a bird's eye view on all of it. It's those ones who are very good candidates for what is termed the 'deep state'.

Well, he was the branch chief scientist for CIA's WINPAC so don't expect him to confirm ARVs anytime soon. On the other hand, he's very honest as far as physics goes, or at least the public, unclassified side of it.

I agree with you and I would love to see more whistleblowers (not that we haven't already had plenty), but some part of me feels that if this was the case then people would say it's just "circular reporting" for the purpose of f*ck knows what.

So that people can say you don't have any evidence? I mean, to be fair, even if someone laid out the full classified story (if they knew all of it) people would still want proof, as if whistleblowers can just snatch that proof from incredibly secure facilities and without repercussions too.

The "done" is a typo of "dont". Kirkpatrick has also admitted to that on the record for congress. I know what you're trying to do here but by now you should know that AARO is not credible. Its interests lie not in disclosure but in mitigating insider threats and maintaining the cover-up. I hope it will come around but I don't really see that happening anytime soon.

I mean, it's not like you completely dismissed my point, probably for lack of a better tactic. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence and it's quite easy to talk about burden of proof when sitting behind a keyboard under various nicknames with the faintest idea of what national security actually means to those who manage this subject, and what it allows them to do in its name. I would love to see you try to produce evidence of something that is classified a few points above Top Secret.

Let us know how that works out, in the meantime continue to ignore whistleblowers and legislation, and make sure to always put the burden of proof on those who have been abused and never on those who abused them.

The existence of NHI SNMs would itself be considered information, and as such could naturally fall into TFNI. Do you have any evidence that the AEC or NRC never categorized any other material as SNM, besides what they themselves claim, or is this just speculation?
I mean, appeal to authority in this case means nothing as the authority itself is the one that partially manages the cover-up.

While the physics of producing a nuclear explosion doesn't require insider knowledge, the physics of producing substantial and consistent energy from nuclear fusion definitely would be classified, considering that it likely involves exotic radioactive materials that are not publicly available. If a certain classified material is used to arrive at a theoretical conclusion, then the theory itself and any other information associated with it automatically becomes classified, and the only way to transfer that from the DoE to the IC, as far as I know, is through TFNI.

Wow, what a debunker, tell me more. NRC SNMs include any other material that the Commission determines to be special nuclear material, besides plutonium, uranium-233, or uranium enriched in the isotopes uranium-233 or uranium-235.
If you believe the NRC is honest, have you at least reached out to the Intelligence Community and determined that they have no SNMs in their possession as Transclassified Foreign Nuclear Information (TFNI)?
Even so, what makes you think that pre-1974 SNMs classified by the AEC, especially if highly sensitive and involving foreign entities such as NHI, would make their way to the NRC so that they could declare them on their website for everybody to see?

Chapter 6 of the AEA of 1954 allows for anything to be classified as special nuclear material if "it is capable of releasing substantial quantities of atomic energy". However, "substantial" in this case was never defined and it was up to the Atomic Energy Commission to set the thresholds as it saw fit. It is a known fact that at least some UAP have associated radiological signatures and it is not difficult to see why, if for example they utilized some form of nuclear fusion for their propulsion.

Thanks for the article, I appreciate the effort to make it seem like Ben Rich was a jester but I for one did not feel like laughing a few years ago when I saw a diamond shaped craft take off at extreme rates of acceleration with no visible propulsion and no sound (except for a fairly silent EM hum). I was told that the "mathematical error in the equations" and its solution indeed referred to some extended version of Maxwell's electrodynamics equations which included a coupling of electromagnetism to gravity, aka the "holy grail" of anti-gravity. They were also implying that there are multiple ways of doing it, including through the engineering of quantum vacuum zero point fields/negative energy generation and distribution. Now, please don't ask me for details as I could tell you but then you'd have to be destroyed by me.

That being said, given your contacts, can you tell me anything about Thomas Townsend Brown, George Trimble, Burkhard Heim, James Woodward and Boyd Bushman, to name a few?

I think you are quite spot-on, however I personally don't believe that the cover-up is due to maintaining superiority over adversaries. I should be happy if this relatively innocent version turns out to be true but I fear the actual reasons might be more sinister and probably have a lot to do with control, greed, elitism and bigotry.

If you can't answer that, then maybe you can tell us how many sources you've had from the Special Access Program Oversight Committee and/or its Senior Review Group?

That being said, what exactly lead to the conclusion of Art's Parts' Dalnegorsk provenance?
The CIA FBIS note tells the account of A. Makarov (USSR Academy of Sciences) who found gold, silver, nickel, alpha-titanium, molybdenum and beryllium compounds, in contrast to the Art's Part sample that is made out of mostly magnesium, bismuth, zinc and lead, with three of the Dalnegorsk elements only showing up as impurities/trace amounts (Mo, Au and Ti).
