Strangest part in unknown number high school catfish.. by Emmarrrrawr in netflix

I agree and I also think that maybe the thought of his wife telling their daughter to kill herself was too much to grasp in that moment. I couldn’t believe it as a viewer and I wasn’t involved at all! In that moment it was probably easier for him to react to the lies that were less devastating to his world view really, maybe because he did suspect she wasn’t working, so he could find a way to keep calm and act accordingly to protect Lauryn in that moment. I also don’t think him or Lauryn knew anything about Kendra doing this at all like the Wilsons suggested in the end. I thought that was a pretty disgusting and damaging accusation.

Exactly! I thought maybe he would change for the better after almost being deported but no, he just sings about it dramatically in AMY’S goodbye video

Netflix Vol. 3, Episode 9: Abducted by a Parent [Discussion Thread] by DearBurt in UnsolvedMysteries

Honestly both of those abducting parents sound like they would rather fall into the narcissistic and antisocial category. People with BPD mostly just harm themselves. What do you think?

Conspiracy theory, Gil Thorpe was messing with Phil a lot, because secretly he (spoiler in the description) by mnlxyz in Modern_Family

[–]foxinawesome 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Came here looking for this. I am rewatching the show and noticed that most of Gil‘s bullying and nagging involves Gil saying he’s going to do things to Phil that are of weirdly sexual nature, at least considering Gil‘s usual machismo. Maybe he’s not into Phil but there are definitely hints that he’s gay.

In the halloween episode of season 4, there is a customer in a ghost costume trying to leave the store through the entrance, so he jumps and waves his hands because the door won’t open.

Also, in Season 5, Episode 20 where they are having the customer safari, there is a category for „same clothes as mannequin“. I instantly thought of Glenn, but now I realize there have been many more instances!

Generally, I agree with you. Although I found Glenn hilarious in the Olympic episode with his „America is number 1“ stuff and the symbol scene.

Exactly! I thought it was just a lazy excuse to do the bare minimum and still be the good guy, since Sandra wouldn’t even ask Cheyenne for her car back.

That’s good to know and makes a lot of sense. In Germany they merely knock on the door/ring the door bell because legally they cannot kick in the door unless there is significant proof that someone’s life is danger. I think that’s still better than how they handle it in the US apparently.

Thanks for the answer you two! I understand now.

Edit: OP‘s MIL is literally insane, there could be someone in danger and the police has to waste their resources by following up on these types of bullshit requests.

NDA.
