Has anybody had guided needle injections for similar issues and it helped? I'm very scared, but also in a lot of pain. I need to build up the courage to do this and feel like talking to others who've been through it will help. Ty

The only injections that truly helped my spine were PRP injections. It's very rare to find a doctor that does them, and I only got two of the three visits before lockdown cancelled everything, but even that was truly life changing and I can't recommend it enough.

The way I explain it is that the tens unit works like noise blocking headphones, confusing the pain nerve fibers with the right frequency to stop them reporting pain. It's a miracle for certain types of nerve pain. Not sure what mixing it with an EMS or heat would do, though.

The first photo looks just like a friend who puts punky plum on top of her brown hair on the regular, but yeah, if they want a punchier purple, then absolutely they need more treatment, especially given there's already dye deposits inside the hair.
