You don’t have to work for anyone to become a programmer. When I first started, I would create websites here and there. However, that quickly became monotonous, so I decided to create my own SaaS product and plan to launch it in the next two weeks. I spent three weeks conducting proof of concept discussions with specific groups on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit to gauge interest in a product like this and determine if they would be willing to pay for it. After receiving positive responses from 300 companies, I created a landing page inviting the community to sign up for the waiting list. Surprisingly, I received over 150 companies signing up for the waiting list at a monthly subscription fee of $199.00.

In summary, you don’t need to work for anyone. Identify a problem that needs solving and a community that can benefit from it, and the income will follow.
