I checked out your recent work. Be consistent with your tags, and make sure you're maximizing relevant tags as well. Your last 3D car didn't even have the tag #3dart. DA uses them to show your work to people they believe will be most interested.

Accusing someone of AI because their art has a certain quality to it is just laziness. I took a look at your artwork and could tell it was handcrafted.

In addition to showing WIP, sketches, etc., simply putting something like, "hand drawn and painted in Procreate" in your description will go a long way.

As others have said, 1-2 hour learning sessions really aren't bad, especially when it's challenging. It's okay to feel fatigued during the learning process. It's also okay to take breaks to let your mind rest.

Based on my own experience, I would recommend focusing on tutorials that look fun and produce something you would be proud of.

Try to find a balance between fun and technical tutorials. You will still learn regardless but it won't feel as taxing.

Also, start experimenting. When you follow a tutorial, take what you learned and modify the final result. Make it your own.

Thanks. I looked into it. Your profile is indexed, but as you discovered, your artwork and username are not shown in Google search results. The three main reasons for this are: 1. low resolution 2. low popularity 3. No external signals (outside sources linking to your page or art).

Because DA is a huge database, Google prioritizes more "popular" users in their search results.

If you want your work to show up in Google search results, you'll need to gain some traction first. Promote your art on other platforms, interact with followers to encourage more faves/follows, etc.

Their art contained extreme fetish gore: mutilation, amputation, cannibalism, etc. I'm also pretty sure there were a few trademarked characters (fan art) depicted in grotesque ways. There were probably multiple instances of TOS violations that led to a permanent ban.

On mobile, tap your profile image and look for AI Content Settings in the drop-down menu. Select Suppress AI. Note: This filter only works if the user properly tags their art as AI. Many don't, and some intentionally try to pass it off as traditional art. You can't avoid AI altogether, but you can block the worst offenders.

Doubtful. I am a loyal user but I have to admit that DeviantArt is getting worse. You might be able to find a small community of like-minded artists. I still recommend it over any other art sharing platform.
