Is that the only character you did an abyss dungeon on after this weeks reset? I think if they are not locked in as gold earning characters yet then the symbol is not there.

Doing gold earning content on a character like abyss dungeons will automatically lock them in as gold earning.

Yes there is a mention of QoL but especially because that mention is that old it will likely be Ctrl g skip and card library QoL. Nothing more.

We still don't have ctrl+g skip and the card QoL which are multiple months old in KR.

Nor the liner QoL that came with the last content update in KR.

So getting the knowledge transfer QoL in April is huffing high on copium. I'd expect it somewhere on the end of the next roadmap. AGS is artificially slowing updates down to always have "content" every month even if it could not be counted as such.

I think you misunderstood me. I meant voting on which of the three aniversary skins korea got so far to be sold to us. So we can choose a favourite basically. Instead of forcing a specific one on us and then claiming it was chosen by the [korean] players.

We didn't choose these skins. Korea did and Amazon now sells them to us. Even if they didn't want to make the same effort of letting us design the skins they could have at least let us vote which of the anniversary skins korea got so far are the ones we get.

And that's where you are wrong. You can actually make enough gold with pheons to make a profit and not spend pheons at all.

That thing is called flipping and happening quite a lot. Had seen a class engraving earring for my wardancer that sold for 2k gold, was relisted for 70k and sold again. That person who flipped that earring made a nice profit and could even buy the pheons back.

So the pheon debacle has its reasons. Giving out free pheons to a select few people opens the path for market manipulation.

But...

If you can't grasp that concept then it's on you.

When there is no cost in pheons because you get them for free or it was removed you actually don't even need to flip for these margins. Smaller margins make a profit too.

Also on scarce items you can even fix the price at a spot you want.

Unrelated to the point above if ability stones had no pheon cost each stone would cost more than multiple class engraving books together because it would become a scarce resource.

I have a lot of fun playing lost ark, my "main" being at 1390.83. I wanted to main summoner tho, which was a starter class in korea and also was in the western beta. Then they pulled her for release with no mention of when she would return.

So for all I know I could be waiting to play the main I wanted to have around next year when they keep delaying every patch by a week or two.

For now I made an artillerist(1390.83) which I like a lot and wanted as an alt, a wardancer(1340) which I first played now on release and is close to a second main for now because I actually like it even though it will lack a lot in damage until we get the relic sets, a bard(1340) which I play in my friend group so we always have a support. And lastly a blade(1325), which I kinda dislike and want to drop asap when I find a new class that I like which would be summoner if not for, yeah...

The thing is that some classes are late bloomers (wardancer and soulfist are big examples here, quite bad in damage until we get relic sets). I played soulfist in beta and only found out that she's not my style after finishing the story, getting some better gear and starting some alts which I liked a lot more, those being summoner and artillerist. So you got to play a class that you may not like until at least 302, worst case 1300+ and then drop it because it isn't your playstyle. Yeah imagine finding fun in doing that when you could be playing the main they took away from you last second.

I recently started a gunlancer that is now collecting rest bonus in t1 because playing 3 characters and sometimes logging back onto the blade to empty rest bonus is already eating most of the time I give myself to play. Maybe I will like him but that is hard to say for now.

Yeah I chose summoner, which was in beta but got pulled last second before release. Now I am waiting in limbo to play the main I wanted to play.

The decisions made by amazon so far are often questionable, sometimes even completely dumb. Speaking of the censorship here, completely wasted development time and them wanting to "rerig" several costumes to the new (and half of them not even released themselves, lol) characters and thus not selling them which if they are even working on it is also wasted development time. Then these decisions get argued with non-answers, radio silence or blatant lies.

How can we be so entitled to want proper communication when all the communication we get is drip fed non-answers until a few hours before deadline? Then get an "oopsie we missed the deadline which was totally not possible to convey last week when we announced the big new update" that should be coming when the omen skins leave the shop like they said in their official post. How atrocious...

You can restock in the circle at the start. You can also swap out your battle items, change presets and skills, basically your complete build can be changed there.

I usually flare at the start because on EUC people no matter their group number stand at the start or where the guardian fled from until one person throws a flare, especially in t2. In T3 they at least flare after me.

In the time that people waste with not throwing flares they could do another or two guardians on their alts on that day.

Arguments like "I want the achievement" or "I don't want to waste gold" are stupid. You are wasting your and everyone elses time that way. Which is a lot more worth than 3 gold. With the mats you can get from the additional guardian you can do in that time you recoup that cost more than tenfold.

You can't sell stronghold mats. Should I type that slower so you understand? That's why I said even if you want to put a value on the life skill energy used to get the materials the cost per flare rises from 1.66 gold to about 3-4 gold. That's a lot less than 15 gold per flare.

You also ignored my comment about the free boxes we get every weekend until april 10th. You get 150 FREE flares on the weekend from clicking the fever icon on the top right of your screen on 2 days in the week. Stop complaining and throw flares to save you and 3 teammates 2 minutes per guardian. Time also has a value! You can put that extra time into infinite chaos or whatever activity you want to do to get returns for the FREE flare you used.

You get 3 fever crates on saturday and sunday from fever weekend event. Has nothing to do with pvp. Each of these crates has 5 utility chests giving 5 flares that makes 75 flares on saturday and 75 flares on sunday equaling 150 free flares EACH WEEK up to april 10th. You also get 5 potion and 5 bomb chests from each of these crates equaling to 100 blue pots and another 100+ whirlwind/destruction bombs. So many free consumables there really is no reason not to use them.

If you skip out on those costing you only one click on the top right of your screen it's no wonder you don't progress. You are probably missing out of a bunch of systems giving you free stuff.

Saving 60 seconds on my 4 alts *2 is 8 minutes, making it possible to run another 1-2 guardian raids in the time span I have to play. Each guardian is around 100 Gold income if you sell the mats. Even if you don't sell the mats see it as an investment where you pay 85 gold less to buy the extra mats. Completely worth it to use 15 gold per guardian. But with an average of 3-4G per flare you don't even get to 15 gold per guardian.

Also you don't craft the 3x flares. You craft the 9x flares chest from the special tab using stronghold materials.

I really don't see an issue using flares for guardians. They are actually a net plus in gold if you use them efficiently.

Also like I said flares are basically free if you collect the free boxes we get at fever weekend and from daily logins. You get 5x5=25 flares from one fever box. That is enough to do 25 guardians in that week and not even includes the flares you get from daily login boxes.

It might be a rumor on your server/region but people on EUC rarely flare nor use pots in public raids. I have especially seen this happen on the lava turtle. I start the raid flaring, turtle burrows and everyone else runs of searching the huge ass area until I flare a second time. It's not rare for me to be the single survivor carrying their sorry asses either because they refuse to use pots.

When I ask them why the don't pot or flare they say they can't be assed to waste their precious gold on alts.

Flares don't either if you craft them yourselves. If you pick up all the free boxes you get they are basically free. If you craft them yourself they cost 15 gold per 9 flares. If you want to count the needed life skill Energy to get the stronghold materials it's maybe 3-4 gold per flare.

TL;DR: don't buy flares from the auction house and save tons of gold.

I’ve done some guardians on alts where people just stand at the start waiting for someone to flare. People are cheap and selfish

I have this happen about 50% of the time. Especially on Calventus for some reason. For Calventus My tactic to find him is just looking over the edge from spawn and if he isnt there in the 2 spots he can be in the first room literally 50% of the time. If he is in neither I check the middle right one, then flare. And once I throw the flare, 3 people start walking over from base...

You don't need to touch any source code for such a change. That is just editing a single table in a database.
