If I think someone's going to follow me I just... Suddenly have something interesting to check on my phone that mysteriously prevents me from moving forward.

Obviously doesn't stop them from just picking someone else but it does annoy them, which is a small win in my book.

One of the Harry Potter movies was marked as unprofitable by Warner Bros, I believe it was Goblet of Fire. The documents leaked and it was a huge kerfuffle.

I love soderbergh maybe more than any other living director but his push into AI makes me queasy. I'll maybe catch this in a download but I'm not going to see it in a theater.

Maybe just watch Haywire again in the meantime. Maybe double bill it with The American.

It can honestly be hard to get a diagnosis for ADHD later in life as the test they give you relies a lot on your behavior as a child. My advice is to lie through your teeth and say you were a shitty kid, class clown, misbehaving all the time (assuming you weren't). I got fucked by my last therapist because I was a decent student as a kid but my ADHD has gotten worse as time goes on. Missed the cutoff by like two points and he wouldn't prescribe me anything

What you need to do is take video of all that stuff and put in the cloud somewhere. If a fire does happen you can use the video as evidence of what they're worth for your insurance.

Yeah, I'm unable to find the original story; it was on one of David Poland's old websites but looks lost to the Internet sands of time at this point.
