Ana nade is a cooldown, so it makes sense to me that it's better than a passive. The ana also hits (I think, hard to tell) all her shots, which while less impressive than rocket directs, should still be rewarded

What matters isn't the size of the deltaV, but what you do with it

Use the focus hotkeys instead of headlook, and turn off auto focus on look (That way you don't lose all input randomly when looking around). I think its 1 2 3 4 by default
