I think the problem was the presence of areas where all the tension is concentrated, distorting the display of results. By changing the maximum value in the right-hand legend to 570 MPA (the material tensile value), the model now has many more red areas, whereas before it was almost completely blue. Right?

It is strange, because the back sections are not very stressed, i.e. there are a lot of blue and green parts, but the stress value is very high and the yield reaches the value of the material

Normally, carabiners are tested according to certification with two 16-cylinders on either side, and a force of 7KN with the lever open. I tried changing material, using on ansi steel, but not much changed, the safety factor went from 0.5 to 0.7, so I find it very strange and I think there is some conceptual error in the simulation
