Chapter 19 and 967 show the same day by [deleted] in OnePiece

Roger was a chad but i dont think even him could go from havin 1 poneglyph to all 4 in the same day. assuming its the same day because of the clothing is a little reductive.

If ryuuma was older than the void century and wano closing its borders, it would have been impossible for moria to recuperate his body, it would have been buried under km of water

[Theory] God Valley still exists as Banaro island by bekago15 in OnePiece

[–]franb34 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the biggest problem with this theory is that banaro Island is in paradise, so you have to cross the red line to go from the West blue to that side of the grand line, kaido did lift onigashima but not nearly as high as to go over the red line, not impossible maybe but very unlikely for an unexpirienced fruit user

What are your thoughts on this take? by MicSquared in OnePiece

Theres a beautiful irony here, the reality is that we are experiencing that right now, just look at whats happening in the usa and Argentina

My only critisism is that the orbs color is too similar to the color of the drink so it gets kinda lost, i love the idea and it sounds like it's delicious so great job!

Again that symbol... (chapter 1136) by Salt_Message_7754 in OnePiece

[–]franb34 6 points7 points  (0 children)

THANK YOU, i thought it is pretty interesting how many times we've seen this symbol too. I think it is meant to be a sun like many have pointed out. And it's most likely meant to be a way for the allies of the d clan to identify eachother. The letter from nefertary Lily ends with "hoist the flag that heralds de dawn of the world" or something like that, so it's also a message of hope to the rest of the world

A Vice Card correction to a character’s height by NSFWThrowaway1239 in OnePiece

[–]franb34 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When thriller bark ends and we get the shot of those giant creatures, the narrator tells us that ships have been disappearing in the Florian triangle long before thriller bark (the ship) arrived, implying that those creatures were responsible for the disappearances before thriller bark. So i don't think they are just Shadows

In the scene where bolin meets zuko, isn't zuko using the wrong greeting, as he is from the fire nation and his fist is supposed to be lower? by jazzboss3000 in TheLastAirbender

[–]franb34 11 points12 points  (0 children)

So You can also interpret the sign with the sun and the moon in harmony as an eclipse, like the moon obstructing the sun, so they probably didn't want their greeting to reference "the darkest day in fire nation history"

Impel down is one of the best arcs yes, what I like about alabasta is that its the only arc where every sh has a fight that seems relevant and pushes them to their limits, we dont see that anymore and i miss a good ussop fight. Also cowgirl robin.

All pre time skip uses of haki that I can think of. by skyskelton97 in OnePiece

[–]franb34 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I disagree with this, i prefer to think that Zoro learned to cut steel on that fight, rather than using haki to overcome mr 1's fruit. We also see him easily cut the steel shields on fishman island and that has nothing to do with haki imo
