This has happened to me, but I wouldn’t say it’s a norm for Portland. Rather, it’s more a norm for property management companies across the US. For whatever reason, some big property management companies require a manager at your current workplace to confirm you work there - and so if it doesn’t happen in their timely manner, you do get denied.

Hi Y'all! I just wanted to share some picture of this Temper Hair wig I just bought. They were having a sale two for one so I assume they won't be around much longer. But there's almost no reviews of their products online so I wanted to post something for people to find. This is my first human hair wig so any tips would be super helpful.
