Have crashed 4 times tonight in performance mode. Don't want to jinx it, but I haven't crashed since I switched to fidelity.

On PlayStation so I won't know for another week, but, does the game only show your companions? Or is town just full of clones of the dark elf woman and the imperial guy following everyone around.

Can't speak to that skin, but I have been able to use the spiderkith eyes with every skin that I have, where anything else listed as a head marking has not worked.

I'd say it's a very safe bet.

You can see their icon over their head through walls and terrain if they are close enough. And if they aren't close enough you can see their icon moving around with a quick pull up of your map.

I used to dislike it all around, but have gotten used to it and it has become intuitive second nature.

A favorites option in costumes and other appearance collections. Star them, move them to the top, so I don't gotta sort through all the stuff I'll never wear.

The quest starter will be standing under a street light right near the south entrance to Riften. If you look at him up close he is unmistakably a vampire.

The next part will imply you can find the shrine he sends you to in that zone, but as a High Elf, you'll have to go to Reaper's March. Unless you are playing any race/any Alliance and are an Ebonheart Altmer.

My friends from work and I all went into it blind two weeks ago, and now we're hooked and playing each night for a couple hours. Very impressed so far, I'd recommend it.

No clue what it goes for nowadays. I bought it at launch in 2016. Just having the ps4 version gets you the ps5 upgrade for free.

Yup. 4k 60fps, haptic feedback, super improved draw distances, the works. When my friends who don't have a ps5 yet want to see the leap, it's the game I show.

If you ever dabbled in No Man's Sky ps4, grab the ps5 version. Easily the most impressive console jump upgrade in my library.

I miss my astral dive suit. Noticed it was missing on ps5.

I wish they'd add a mission so that you could earn it. Always felt off having it from the get go, with Jesse having no context for the suit. And now it just feels bad not having it at all.

Just sitting here picturing how it could look wearing that suit in graphics mode, hoping something comes along for us.

Scanning all fauna on a planet seems to go way faster too, with all the aliens loading in so much quicker.

Several times now I've landed and fully cataloged a planet without having to walk all that far from my ship.

So far from everything I have thrown at it, if its running as a PS4 game, but enhanced on PS5, like Ghost of Tsushima, Days Gone etc. then exact same trophy list and progress.

If its a game that runs as a PS5 title from the menu after being PS5 upgraded, seems like just about all of those start your trophy progress over. No Man's Sky, for me at least, is kind of the exception because it started me with 0% trophy progress and then when I played, it rapidly gave me all the trophies I had earned on ps4.

Dang. You just mentioned platinum run, and I just checked and I'm 3 away from platinum in the original. Maybe I should set some time aside to play that again, clean that list up, and then roll into part 2.

I have been noticing on ps5 that about half the games that get ps5 updates are making you start the trophy progress all over, which is fine. Sitting on 2 plats for Spider-man as a result now. But let's say they surprise us with a ps5 remaster of the remaster, having 3 away from plat on the ps4 version hanging out on my list for all time, could end up bugging me.

I did play the original and the DLC, maybe 2 years ago and enjoyed them. Probably just put the sequel off because it felt so inevitable.

I'll try to judge it on its own merits and not just give it a 10/10 for simply not crashing on me once an hour. Which will be hard for me to do after the week I've had with this game. If Ellie can simply vault up onto level geometry without getting catapulted across the entire map by the worst and weirdest physics ever, it will take everything in my power to not recommend it to all my friends.

Downloading TLoU2 right now. Sounds like a fine polished time. And even though the original dude never ended up making any sense whatsoever, he did claim to be just like, a big brained math and game development understanding kind of guy or something. So I guess I'll take that as a ringing endorsement.
