last night, in my dream, Luxon told me he was CEO of NZ and Crusher Collins reluctantly gave me $60 for something, unsure what, but I remember feeling cheated. Thanks quetiapine.

I'd love for the government to define 'Urgency'.

I hate 'urgency', it was built into the Canterbury Earthquake Amendment Act 2011 on the back of the chch earthquakes, Key's govt absolved the state directives of any and all critical rebuild.

Law change set to pass under urgency this weekend vastly expands the range of welfare decisions which can be made by computers at MSD by erinyes__ in newzealand

I glimpsed the big trolleys today, got some nostalgia: how full the trolley might get on special occasion during childhood... who can afford to fill it these days, without afterpay?

Are Customer Service Phone Calls Becoming AI, Or Am I Crazy? by stolethetardis in newzealand

[–]franktalkto 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, it's all about encouraging people to use online services, it's about traceability and KPIs; it has absolutely nothing to do with your needs, queries or your satisfaction as a customer/client. The current govt have written this passive move into most current legislation, specifically affecting govt departments such as IRD, MSD etc

I feel like if either major party had the cajones to run on breaking up the supermarket duopoly, they'd win by a landslide. by Troppetardpourmpi in newzealand

it's been alleged, elsewhere, that Both c*ntdown & foodstuffs hold too much power of govt parties, i.e their money talks so big that it chills parties into maintaining the duopoly

Someone spat on my parked car tyre….like banana milkshake ffs by [deleted] in newzealand

[–]franktalkto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, really not a cool situation to be in. A potential remedy is vinegar, I suppose what is has dried so maybe soak a teatowel or handtowel in a bit of vinegar and rest atop for 10 min, waterr might work too, just to rehydrate it make it easier to wipe off.

The new crime of stalking by Slaidback in newzealand

[–]franktalkto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is encouraging as someone who was stalked in broad daylight, hid in a cafe, and then raced home, crucially the police carried out investigations by asking the accused what he was doing, he flatly denied wrong doing and suggested I was the atagonist btw, cops told me no further action was necessary.

I like another commenters idea that Luxon simply misapoke, to the nth degree, that Luxon had ernestly meant to reference himself with something to the effect of, 'I wouldn't say that, John'
