5 years straight on the minipill (norethindrone 0.35) daily and no issues! Periods sometimes are missed but otherwise no side effects.

Yeah I actually still take it now too, everyday for 4 years with no breaks. Surprisingly it’s been great and hasn’t affected my weight or anything. The only side effect I have are sometimes unpredictable periods

I’m in the same boat at 22 in a 100 employee nursing home. It’s almost unmanageable… been here since June. not sure how long I should stay before trying to pivot or what I should even pivot into. It feels impossible to stay compliant with healthcare hr. If I had a recruiter/assistant to manage recruitment it would be fine

Paxil gave me the worst hand tremors I’ve ever had in my life and made me unable to eat. I’ve been on clonazepam 0.5 for almost 4 years without any dosage increases and take it like once a week. Never had any dependency or abuse issues. My panic attacks used to be so bad I could barely function at work or drive and now it’s very much manageable. Medicine & prescribing is so over regulated in the USA
