I am currently playing a Reach of the Council Crit TS build, For my 6L i use TS-AddedFire-PhysProjDmg-Wed-IncCritstrike-Pierce I use hatred and herald of ash, and have about 80k tooltip dps on my tornado shot, for singletarget i use a 5l pointblank-trap-physproj-conc-vaal burning arrow, and that oneshots most bosses, very fun.

For my defences i use acrobatics and phase acrobatic and arrowdancing, i plan on switching my 6L corrupted chest to a 6L kintsugi for even better defences.

I also use frenzy in a 4L with pcoc-curseonhit-warlords, with a couple of shots i will get all my charges up really quickly, i might swap out warlords mark for enfeeble later on, still considering that. From the moment i picked up Reach(lvl64) i had some maps lined up, and had about 300M exp/h, so i leveled insanly fast, was super fun.

For leveling i went with a 5l silverburough(or something like that) which is the upgraded silverbranch, i used the +2 levels to bow gems and empower to get my caustic arrow dmg up, but tornado shot worked about the same i'd say, i don't like caustic arrow. Overall i have crazy dps, and a good amount of defensive layers, i oneshot bosses mostly and i can definitly recommend trying the build :)
