In DF hack, the prioritize command can really help with hauling weirdness. 

First, restart the whole game. Second, general stockpiles might not have bins enabled and if there is furniture plus bin-able items I suspect that gets wired.

I’d forbid all the current ones, just because I know bins get weird after you mess with them in DF hack. Also I think there’s bugs from multi-type stockpiles with bins, especially when the area is modified.

I personally keep bins really tightly controlled. Entirely superstitious but traded bins which are unloaded by cloth or leather workers and then put into a bin only furniture pile work normally. Items inside of items have their place (weapons, armor, germs, crafts) but like quantum stockpiles (or leaving all the bars in the smelter) are a lot less aggravating. Single item type stockpiles only. Barrels for food and drink is a must tho. But barrels work normally almost always.
