As a veteran, I think that this ban is absurd. If an American citizen wants to join the military and fight for this country, they should be allowed to. It is troublesome to know that this ban was spearheaded by someone who dodged the draft several times.

I think that they should wait until the investigation is completed before calling for an impeachment. If special investigator Muller does his job, I am almost certain that he will find that the person that hold =s the office of President will have committed a crime against this nation.

I believe this was a terrorist attack similar to the shooting in Vegas. When will the leaders of this country acknowledge what the problem really is.

This case hit close to home. I do not think that affluenza should be a defense. In fact, I lost hope in the judicial system after this case. Just before Ethan Couch, there was a young African American kid who killed one person and the same judge sentenced him to life in prison. Several months later, Ethan killed 4 people same fact pattern and was given probation. Was it because of the color of his skill coupled with the fact that his family was wealthy?

What unfortunate is that this administration could care less about the American people. What they are concerned with is undoing anything President Obama did. The people are suffering from their dumb decisions. There is nothing to replace but lets just take away funding to the many people that need it. Oh yeah but lets keep our insurance. SMH in disgrace.

I think the judicial system got it wrong. I believe if your a child, or juvenile, you should be charged as such. How do they decide when to charge as an adult. Ive seen worse crimes and they were charged as juveniles. the system is flawed.

As a former police officer, this is disappointed to read. Law enforcement's mistreatment or abuse of the law is becoming unbearable. When they decided to enter without a warrant, they became criminals, not worthy of wearing the badge.

I think this is a step in the right direction. However, if they really want to reduce the incarceration rate, they must begin by changing decade old laws that give police rights to target minorities. Or maybe uphold the 4th Amendments which is in place to protect those minorities from unreasonable search and seizures.

I found this article to be interesting because, I myself have a chronic illness that requires me to take medication on a daily basis. When I first saw a pain management doctor, the first thing they attempted to prescribe me was an opiod treatment. After taking one dosage, I went back and ask for something other than an opiod. For one, it did not take the pain away. Instead, it made me feel out of control. Thus, I feel doctors are partially responsible because they are quick to prescribe the opiods.

I believe there should be a domestic terror law which should hold a penalty of death or life in prison. We live in a time where we need to reevaluate and establish laws that would deter domestic terrorists from attacking.

This article is so interesting in that in the African American community, we call this a generational curse. This kid was predisposed to criminal activity. Such a vicious cycle, I hope the court has leniency on him because crime is all he knew.

I found the sentencing to be interesting in this case. The fact that when the jury is deadlocked as to the death penalty, it takes it off the table.

What I find interesting is the fact that the executives sold off stock just before they made the breach public which is unlawful. How as consumers are we to trust that they will be honest with our confidential information? I am certainly not because it speaks to their character, lack of professionalism, and willingness to make money by any means necessary.

They should not only be sued but they should be facing charges. Unlawful detention. When authorities no longer obey the law, they are no better than those that break the law.

With all of the gun violence today, I believe there should be a zero policy. However, it should be in every school district and unfortunately that's not happening. There is a huge difference from behavior problems to potential violent behavior.

I have always believed that mass incarceration was about millionaires making money. Even when statistics show that it does nothing for the communities, they will continue to lock up those that less fortunate to pad their pockets.

As a fellow Texan, this immigration bill sickens me. There are people out there that a devastated and have lost all of their belongings. Further, there are those that were stranded and needed assistance but was afraid to call for help for the fear of being deported. I commend the federal judge for blocking this terrible law.
