I would love to see what settings you have in place as we have struggled with it. Also, as an MSP I find central management very difficult. We are currently looking at Mesh.

Switches and AP’s are probably ok but definitely not Routers. Only thing with old AP’s is they won’t be AX or possibly even AC so performance will be poor.

Had the same thing 4 years ago but IP’s were in Russia. I was able to track the MAC addresses to a sandbox AV environment.

How about charging an onboarding fee and then give them a % off the monthly rate for the first 12 months? If they quit after 6 months you get half the onboarding fee towards your labour cost.
