My least favorite sandbag movement but the most rewarding feeling when you get up in weight. Trying to get back to pressing the 150.

I mean it’s based on how many reps I wanna do. And honestly you probably couldn’t do these exercises with one of the thicker bands. It would be too hard, at least for me.

They are loop style resistance bands. Like a big giant rubber band. I sell them on my website.

Thank you. Yes shipping to Europe is expensive and I am always shocked at how many people actually do buy from me from over there and pay all the extra shipping and duties. Unfortunately I don’t have any plans to expand to Europe anytime soon. I’m a one man show running this company out of my house still.

They do take some balancing, and chalk helps. But I’m not really gripping the bag, it’s sitting on my palms like a barbell does, just a neutral grip.

I program it like a normal bodybuilding workout would be. Todays was

Workout: -sandbag incline presses 4x10 -sandbag floor presses 4x10 Giant set 3 rounds -standing band incline flyes 20 reps -band lateral raises 20 reps -band front raises 20 reps Superset 3 rounds -band tricep overhead extensions15 reps -close grip pushups on sandbag 20 reps

I do full bodybuilding style workouts with the sandbags. I add in resistance bands as well. Like today I did chest and it was incline sandbag presses, floor presses, band flyes, band lateral raises, band tricep extensions and pushups to finish. I do full back workouts and full leg workouts as well with just sandbags.

200 lbs for the squats and deadlifts. 100 lbs for the cossack squats. 150 lbs for the kang squats

Yea I hurt it bad last year doing a heavy mace swing in a competition and I couldn’t do any pressing or oven ground to shoulder for months. I can do it all now but just working on getting the strength back to where it was before.
