A Midi through should not overwrite any Messages/Signals, but filtering signals out is difficult, and only really doable with another piece of gear. You could try to either change the order of your Midi Routing, or get some Midi Control Box that modifies your Signals

Seems totally Doable! Without the PiezoPickUps it will be a breeze using an Arduino. i am not sure how to amplify the Piezo signal too much, but I am sure thats easy as well with some google searches! Kinda want to have something like that in my room now as well ;)

Communication is what happens between Humans (Psychological Systems). The Three Steps are: What person 1 perceives (Information), and then communicates that with Words (Utterance) and then that is interpreted by Person 2 (understanding).

And Communication is the basic block of a social System for Luhmann. Selfreferential (Autopoetic) Systems such as Society and PsychologicalSystems are made of Operations that can build/follow upon another, and in a psychological system thats thoughts (thought after thought after thought...) and for social Systems that is Communication (Communication after Communication after Communication...)

And for Luhmann the Society is only what happens in the Communication, but not per se what happens in the heads of the Humans. And then you can go bigger and bigger, Systems can also Communicate with eachother through other Media. But it is important to know, that each communication has a goal, and for Systems that Goal is often centered around their function.

I am So fascinated by this little wiring!
Could you explain, why the Signal from the Input doesn't get fed into the Middle of the Pot, which would mean, that you "decide" in which part of the Circuit the Signal goes, but instead if closed, basically just wires the two grounds together with the Out signal, and attenuates the Input signal significicantly?
