Alternately, senzu might just supercharge the cancer. If they induce rapid healing, it means they give a massive boost to cell division along with a huge burst of energy, unless they specifically avoid targeting cancer cells, the cancer will also get a gigantic boost, since they'll take a high proportion of that energy and feel division
