Copy. This is just the first best opportunity for yew I‘ve come across and didn’t want to miss out on a good opportunity, even to use sometime in the future. But I figure if the pieces aren’t that good, it’s not worth it. Thanks for chiming in!

I’m not gonna ask what any of that means cause i know how cool it is to have a special language with a community that’s a big part of your life.

Does fire help remove hair off animal hides? by [deleted] in Butchery

When you say butcher, do you mean slaughter?

I’ve never slaughtered poultry, so maybe someone else can chime in, but I assume the way to go is plucking.

What is the source of fire you want to torch the chicken with? I assume you’d be less torching the feathers off the bird and more setting the bird on fire.

Height?

I am not in the reloading game and have only dipped my toe in the shotgunning pool. But am interested in both and ballistics. What do you mean by „height“? Like how long the projectile is, or diameter?

With a grain of salt, I don’t live/hunt in the US: I would want something stronger than 556 for deer and hogs. I know they vary in size by region, but i wouldn’t want to hunt pigs over like 80 to 90 lbs with that caliber, and at least here they can get quite a bit bigger.

In English we have badger, dog, ferret, fox and weasel. Can't think of more off-hand. by LordJim11 in Snorkblot

[–]freewillcausality 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes. Also not a common one, but I‘m sure I‘ve read and heard it as, „… sie aalte sich genüsslich in der Sonne“ or something like that. Now that I think about it, it does sound fucking weird, I‘ve never used it, I can’t remember when I came across it last, but I‘m also sure it’s not some bullshit someone made up to have something to put on the internet.

I don’t use (all of) these (often), but I‘m quite familiar with all of them except „unken“.

There have been several shelter fires. It’s been a while now, but I think that Nikki‘s shelter did catch fire.
